His arsenal of plates and backs has been the subject of many conjectures. The spines were most likely used for defense, while the plates have also been proposed as a defensive mechanism, and as part of the display and thermoregulation functions.

The roster is bigger now and the rules have not moved. Admins play alongside everyone else, growth is tuned so that every life matters, and every wipe is announced ahead of time. New players are welcome. The island decides the rest.
